Employment and Government Programmes
Zems Academy has extensive experience working alongside national and regional employment initiatives, including programmes such as Kickstart, Restart and Trailblazer. Through these initiatives we have supported a wide range of individuals, including those who are long-term unemployed and those seeking to re-enter the workforce after periods of inactivity.
We also work closely with NEET clients (Not in Education, Employment or Training), providing structured pathways that build confidence, develop core skills and create realistic routes into employment or further training. From the first day to the last, the training was well-structured, professional, and easy to understand. Our tutor, Md Jalil, was outstanding in his teaching. He explained every topic clearly, using real-life examples that made the lessons more practical and interesting. His way of teaching made even difficult topics simple and easy to remember.
He was always patient, friendly, and supportive. He encouraged everyone to ask questions and made sure no one was left behind. The mock tests, practice sessions, and regular revisions helped us gain confidence and prepare well for the final exams.
The classroom environment was positive and comfortable, and the learning materials were very helpful. The course covered everything needed for a Door Supervisor role, including conflict management, physical intervention, safety awareness, and professional behaviour.
